Step 1: Ensure you have downloaded and installed the Google Chrome browser to your computer. 

Step 2: Visit the site or web page you want to translate on your Google Chrome browser.

Step 3: On the top right side of the page, you will find 3 horizontal dots for more options. Click on it. 

Step 4: It brings will out a drop-down menu. Find the ‘Settings’ option and click on it Another option is to type chrome://settings/ into your Chrome address bar.

Step 5: Find and click on the ‘advanced’ option on the settings menu page.

Step 6: Find the ‘Language’ option and click on it. Ensure you pick your language from the list of languages if your language is on default. 

Step 7: From the new drop-down menu, find the ‘offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language you read’ option and click on it to toggle it on.

Step 1: Find and open your Chrome app on your iPhone. 

Step 2: Visit the web page in a foreign language you want to translate.
